Shipping

Products that are in stock will usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. EST, will be shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped only when all items are available. Currently, we only ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico.

All orders are shipped using UPS or FedEx. The rates for the additional methods vary based on product weight and shipping destination. When you place an order, your shipping rates will be calculated.

Return Policy

By placing an order on this web site, you indicate that you have read and agreed to the following Return Policy and our Conditions of Use.

Prior authorization is required for all returns. Please use the Contact Us page to request an authorization number. All nondefective returns should be in the original, unmarked packaging, include all instructions, packaging etc. and be resalable as new. WrapMaster products have a one-year limited warranty. Returns to WrapMaster of nondefective merchandise within 30 days of purchase are subject to 15% restocking fee. WrapMaster will not accept returns of nondefective merchandise after 30 days.
